Dissemination Seminar within the ENRICHER hubs Project

On May 19, 2026, the second dissemination seminar within the Erasmus+ ENRICHER hubs project “Green Tourism Innovation in Action” was opened at Moldova State University. The event brought together representatives of universities from Moldova, Georgia, Finland, Austria, and Italy, as well as international experts, researchers, entrepreneurs, and tourism industry specialists.

Welcoming speeches were delivered by Veaceslav Kulcitki, Vice Rector for International Relations of Moldova State University; Nora Lappalainen, project coordinator from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences; and Tatiana Bulimaga, Head of the International Cooperation Department and institutional coordinator of the ENRICHER Center at Moldova State University.

During the seminar, partner universities presented the results of their work and experience in implementing Business Challenges within the ENRICHER hubs initiative. Representatives of Caucasus University, Akaki Tsereteli State University, Iakob Gogebashvili Telavi State University, Comrat State University, USPEE Constantin Stere, and Moldova State University shared their experience in implementing innovative educational approaches and cooperation with business representatives.

A presentation entitled “The Business Challenge as a Collaborative Learning Model: Insights from KDU Experience” was delivered by Alla Levitskaia, Doctor Habilitat, Professor of the Department of Economics @kaf.econom_kdu at the Faculty of Economics of Comrat State University. In her presentation, she highlighted the experience of Comrat State University in implementing collaborative learning through the Business Challenge model, emphasizing cooperation between universities, students, and the entrepreneurial community for the development of tourism and practice-oriented education.

The seminar was attended by the Rector of Comrat State University, Sergey Zaxaria, Doctor,  Associate Professor, as well as members of the ENRICHER project team from Comrat State University: project coordinator Doctor,  Associate Professor Liudmila Fedotova, Doctor,  Associate Professor Svetlana Ghenova, Doctor,  Associate Professor Lyubov Arikova,  Doctor Habilitat, Ass. Professor Natalia Shchukina.

Special attention during the event was given to presentations by tourism business representatives and industry practitioners, who shared their experience in wine tourism, guesthouse development, cultural routes, and sustainable regional tourism.

Representatives of the European partner universities — Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences, MCI The Entrepreneurial School, and University of Genoa — presented modern approaches to integrating research and innovation, developing inclusive tourism, and implementing sustainable practices in the tourism sector.
