More than 60 participants took part in the work of Section No. 8 “Culture and Art”. A total of 30 presentations were delivered. Participants included faculty members of the department, representatives of the music school, M. Çakır Pedagogical College, the Institute of Cultural Heritage, the Technical University of Moldova, the Gymnasium of Budjak village, as well as international participants from the Azerbaijan University of Tourism and Management, the Azerbaijan State Academy of Fine Arts, Moscow State Linguistic University, and Baku Slavic University.
Special recognition should be given to Professor Dr. Özdemir Erdem of the Bursa Uludağ University State Conservatory (Republic of Turkey) and doctoral researcher, research fellow Arslan Cüney, who arrived to participate in the conference and made a significant contribution to the work of the section. Their presentations aroused great interest among participants and contributed to the expansion of international academic cooperation.
The wide geography of participants confirms the relevance of the conference theme and the issues discussed within its framework.
Following the work of the section, the following Resolution was adopted:
- To promote the development of cultural initiatives aimed at strengthening international cooperation and mutual understanding among peoples.
- To increase the practice-oriented focus of educational programs in order to train specialists capable of effectively solving professional tasks.
- To ensure the implementation of modern teaching methods based on up-to-date educational technologies.
