Promotional Activities of the Department of Culture and Arts of Comrat State University

A career fair dedicated to the training of young professionals was held at the Taraclia District House of Culture. The event was organized to facilitate the employment of graduates from the Ștefan Neaga Music College in Tvardița. During the meeting, college graduates met with managers of art schools in the southern region and discussed prospects for future employment. At the event, the Deputy Director of the college in Tvardița (a branch of the Ștefan Neaga Music College), Alla Cara, emphasized that the event is crucial for students, as economic agents can offer job opportunities to graduates. The music college prepares specialists in two fields: choreography and instrumental performance. Therefore, graduates can find jobs in art schools specializing in these areas. "The goal of the meeting is to provide graduates with the opportunity to work in the country and the region, as well as to support their professional growth and development. At the college, we train young professionals and facilitate their employment within Moldova," added Alla Cara. The Head of the Department of Culture and Arts of Comrat State University and Artistic Director of the Gagauz ensemble "Düz Ava," Tatiana Șciogoleva, emphasized that in the southern region, teachers of national instruments such as the gadulka, kaval, and gaida are particularly in demand. Learning to play these instruments in the music schools of Gagauzia is provided under special conditions. Furthermore, graduates of the Tvardița Music College who specialize in national instruments can enroll at Comrat State University and start working as early as their second or third year. The career fair was organized with the participation of economic agents and aimed at identifying opportunities for education and employment of graduates from technical and vocational art schools, considering the labor market needs.
