Concert "Continuum in Music Education: The Path to Mastery"

On May 29, 2025, the concert "Continuum in Music Education: The Path to Mastery" was held in the Assembly Hall of Comrat State University.

Objectives of the concert:

  • To showcase the continuity and logical development of music education at various stages – from preschool to higher education.
  • To demonstrate the achievements of kindergarten children, music school pupils, and students from colleges and universities.
  • To create a platform for sharing experiences and inspiring young musicians.
  • To popularize musical art and education among the general public.

Participants of the concert:
The concert brought together performers of different age groups and levels of training, symbolizing the continuity of the educational process:

  • Pupils of Kindergartens No. 5 "Rodniçok" and No. 8 "Svetleaçok": Presented their first steps in music, demonstrating basic rhythm and musical movement skills.
  • Students of the A. Valkov Music School, Comrat: Performed more complex pieces, showing their instrumental skills and musical development.
  • Music Department students of the college: Presented academic works, demonstrating high performance skills, technical proficiency, and artistic expressiveness.
  • University students majoring in "Muzică": Performed the most complex and virtuosic pieces, showcasing their professional skills and deep understanding of musical art.

Concert Program:
The program was carefully designed to highlight the idea of continuity and the participants’ growing mastery. It included a variety of musical genres and forms – from children's songs to classical and contemporary compositions.

Results and impressions:
The concert was a great success and resonated with the audience.

  • High level of performance: All participants, from the youngest to the most experienced, showed excellent preparation and devotion to music. The stage presence and expressiveness of the youngest artists were especially impressive.
