At the Department of Foreign Languages of CSU, an organizational briefing was held for 3rd-year students of the educational program “Russian and English Language and Literature” who are being assigned to teaching practice in Russian language.

During the meeting, the practice supervisor familiarized the students with the goals, objectives, and content of the teaching practice, as well as the main requirements for its organization and completion. Particular attention was given to issues related to planning and conducting integrated Russian language and literature lessons, teaching methodology, and the development of professional competencies of future teachers.

Students were provided with explanations regarding:
• the procedure for completing teaching practice in general education institutions;
• the requirements for preparing and conducting Russian language lessons;
• the rules for maintaining the practice diary and preparing reporting documentation;
• standards of professional pedagogical ethics;
• the requirements for compliance with internal regulations of educational institutions and safety rules.

Within the framework of the teaching practice, students will observe the educational process, analyze the lessons of mentor teachers, conduct their own classes in integrated Russian language and literature, and participate in extracurricular and educational activities.

Teaching practice is an important stage of students’ professional training, aimed at consolidating theoretical knowledge, developing methodological and communication skills, and forming readiness for independent pedagogical activity.

Upon completion of the practice, a final conference is planned, during which students will present the results of their work and share the professional experience they have gained.

A practice inspector from the academic office also attended the briefing and familiarized the students with the official order regarding the organization of the practice
