On March 6, 2026, an introductory conference dedicated to the organization of teaching practice for students (first specialty) was held at the Faculty of National Culture, Department of Pedagogy and Psychology. The event was attended by third-year students of group NDP-23 of the specialty “Primary Education Pedagogy. Preschool Pedagogy” of Comrat State University (CSU), who, in accordance with the curriculum, are assigned to undertake teaching practice in educational institutions of the region. During the conference, students were provided with information about the goals and objectives of the practice, its structure and content, as well as the requirements for completing practical tasks and preparing reporting documentation. The main aim of the practice is to develop in future teachers a comprehensive understanding of the organization of the educational process in primary school, as well as to familiarize them with the specifics of teaching methods at the primary education level. Practice supervisors emphasized the importance of the profession of a primary school teacher, highlighting its role in shaping the child’s personality and forming basic knowledge, skills, and value orientations. It was noted that primary school teachers lay the foundation for further educational and personal development of younger pupils, fostering their cognitive interest and motivation for learning. Within the conference, students received detailed information about the content of the practice and the list of tasks available on the Moodle educational platform. Supervisors also stressed the need for an individual approach to each child and the importance of a creative and responsible attitude towards teaching activities. The introductory conference enabled students to better understand the objectives of the upcoming practice and prepare for work in educational institutions. At the end of the meeting, the practice supervisors wished future primary school teachers success and productive professional activity during their practice.
