Comrat State University informs students, applicants, participants in continuing education programmes, and other service users that paid university services can now be paid through the national electronic payment system MPay.

Payments can be made:

through a mobile banking application or Internet banking of any bank connected to the MPay system;
at a bank cashier’s office.

To make a payment, users should generate an electronic invoice in the MPay system and download it for the required service.

Available services include:

Tuition fee (Bachelor’s/Master’s programmes);
Continuing Education programmes;
Admission fee;
Preparatory Year;
Dormitory accommodation fee;
Issuance of academic certificates;
CPR certificate fee;
Diploma Supplement / Duplicate Diploma Supplement fee;
Student record book fee;
Diploma issuance fee.
