Students from groups AIM-24 and AIM-25 of the Faculty of Agricultural Technology at CSU visited the Milina bakery in Comrat as part of their introductory practice in bread technology.
During the visit, the students familiarised themselves with the organisation of the production process at the enterprise, the main technological stages of manufacturing bakery products, the equipment used, and the storage conditions for raw materials and finished products.
Particular attention was paid to the sequence of technological operations — raw material preparation, dough kneading, shaping, proofing and baking, as well as product quality and safety control. The students were able to observe the operation of production equipment directly in the conditions of an operating enterprise and gain an understanding of labour organisation and the interaction between individual production sections.
Such practical sessions help consolidate theoretical knowledge, introduce students to the real working conditions of food industry enterprises, and provide a better understanding of the professional tasks of specialists in the field of food production and processing.
We express our gratitude to the management and staff of Milina for the opportunity to visit the production facility, for the informative tour, for the attention given to the students, and for their willingness to share professional experience.
The visit to the enterprise became an important part of the students’ practical training and contributed to a deeper understanding of modern bakery production technologies.
