Students of the specialties “Business and Management” and “Business Administration” of Comrat State University took part in an educational and practical visit to Bulgari Winery SRL and Î.C.S. Fabrica de Vinuri și Coniacuri „Zolotoi Aist” SRL
During the visit to Bulgari Winery SRL, the students became familiar with the organization of the production process, modern wine production technologies, and the company’s management system. The chief technologist of the company also presented the management structure, the organization of departments’ activities, quality control procedures, marketing activities, and product promotion strategies.
During the visit to Î.C.S. Fabrica de Vinuri și Coniacuri „Zolotoi Aist” SRL, the students learned about the specifics of cognac production, aging and storage processes, as well as the management of production and technological operations at the enterprise. Special attention was paid to product quality assurance, personnel management, logistics, and the implementation of modern technologies in the company’s activities.
The educational and practical visit enabled the students to observe the practical application of theoretical knowledge, gain a better understanding of managerial, production, and technological processes in the wine and cognac industry, and acquire valuable professional experience and insights into the activities of leading enterprises in the Republic of Moldova.
