On May 19, 2024, the Forum of Women Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Moldova "The Dream Gains Wings through Success Stories" took place, organized by the Association of Women Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Moldova (AFAM) with the strategic support of the International Center for Private Entrepreneurship (CIPE) and the Association of Businessmen of Gagauzia NEXT. During the event, women who have successfully realized their projects in different fields in the Republic of Moldova shared their experience. Also, Carolinа Bugaian, AFAM President, Moldcell General Manager, presented the concept of the National Council for Economic Empowerment and Equality. Also, the possibilities of financing projects were presented. In particular, the representatives of the Organization for the Development of Entrepreneurship of the Republic of Moldova (ODA) told about the program "Women in Business", within which women entrepreneurs can win a grant for the implementation of their investment project. The possibilities of financing the agricultural business were also presented. At the forum, it was noted that the Comrat State University annually graduates trained specialists for the entrepreneurial sector. A significant number of them are women, who successfully implement their professional training in different business fields.  It was noted that the Comrat State University is actively working to improve the educational and project activities, directing its efforts to the quality training and subsequent assistance in the employment of graduates.
