Activity “Theoretical-Methodological Foundations and Practical Experience in the Education of Learners from the Perspective of Quality Standards Implementation”

On November 3, in accordance with the Operational Activity Plan of the Didactic Resources Center in Intercultural Education and the Annual Work Plan of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology, an extracurricular educational activity titled “Theoretical-Methodological Foundations and Practical Experience in the Education of Learners from the Perspective of Quality Standards Implementation” was held. The event was organized at the initiative of the professors of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology, Maria IANIOGLO, Assoc., prof. PhD and Maria VLAH, Master in Educational Sciences, University Assistant. The theoretical-practical seminar brought together over 50 participants: researchers, faculty members of the department, and first-year students from the study programs “Foreign Languages” (English and German Language and Literature, group AN-25); “Music”, group PM-25; “Primary Education Pedagogy. Preschool Pedagogy”, group NDP-25; “Mathematics and Informatics”, group IM-25, with the purpose of analyzing the challenges and opportunities of contemporary education in the context of cultural and social diversity. The topics of discussion in workshops and group work focused on aspects such as educational inclusion, innovative practices, and the impact of diversity on the educational process. The program included a problem-focused lecture and practical sessions, offering participants the opportunity to propose and share best practices and to suggest solutions for equitable education adapted to current realities. This initiative emphasized the importance of collaboration between educational agents and partners, as only through joint efforts can we strengthen a culture of mutual respect and develop education in the spirit of true diversity inclusion. The event highlighted the importance of cooperation in addressing educational challenges to consolidate partnerships among the institutions involved in the educational process. University faculty members responsible for organizing this seminar express their gratitude to all participants, colleagues from the department, for their participation and contribution to the success of this event, which opened new perspectives for research and educational practice. We consider it essential that such activities continue in the future to support educational progress and intercultural dialogue.
