
On 14 November 2025, Comrat State University hosted a meeting between students and representatives of the Embassy of Sweden in the Republic of Moldova. The event took place in a warm and dynamic atmosphere, becoming an important platform for dialogue between young people and the diplomatic corps.
The meeting was held in the university assembly hall and brought together students from various faculties who showed strong interest in Swedish foreign policy, the country’s development model, educational programs, and opportunities for international cooperation. The Embassy representatives presented Sweden’s contemporary approach to democracy, sustainable development, equality, and the role of youth in public life.
Students were highly active and engaged, asking questions about academic mobility programs, internships in European institutions, prospects for Moldovan–Swedish partnerships, environmental initiatives, and Sweden’s priorities in supporting youth and education. Particular interest was shown in topics such as digital innovation, gender equality, and the green economy.
The guests noted the students’ excellent preparation and involvement, emphasizing the importance of open communication and exchange of experience.
For Comrat State University, this meeting became another step in strengthening international cooperation and expanding opportunities for its students.
