On May 15, 2026, within the framework of the IT Career Expo Comrat 2026 event, the Department of Economics of Comrat State University conducted a masterclass titled «BUSINESS BUILDER: Economics of Ideas in the Digital Environment», dedicated to modern business ideas, digital technologies, and the use of AI tools in entrepreneurial activities.
The event was attended by more than 40 participants — students from schools and lyceums of the Autonomous Territorial Unit of Gagauzia, as well as second-year students of Comrat State University majoring in «Business and Management».
During the event, participants were introduced to examples of modern companies and business ideas that have significantly influenced the global economy and digital environment in recent years. A dedicated segment of the event focused on modern AI and digital tools used in creating and developing business projects. Participants explored the capabilities of various AI services for idea generation, information analysis, presentation creation, visual design, and project structuring.
The practical part of the event was conducted in a paired work format. Participants actively engaged in the work: they developed project concepts, formulated missions and goals, defined target audiences, considered implementation strategies, and designed visual elements and branding components.
At the conclusion of the event, teams presented their business ideas, discussed possibilities for practical implementation, and drew conclusions about the importance of creative thinking, an entrepreneurial approach, and modern technologies in the context of the digital economy.
The event contributed to the development of participants' skills in teamwork, idea generation, project presentation, and the use of modern digital tools in educational and entrepreneurial environments.
We express our gratitude to Irina Bașcivanji, lecturer at the Department of Economics, and Liubov Krușca, organizer at Tekwill Comrat, for the excellent organization of the event, the engaging atmosphere, and their contribution to student development.
