Within the framework of the cooperation agreement between Comrat State University and the Public Institution “Mihail Ciachir College”, on 3 March 2026, Oksana Kurteva, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor and Dean of the Faculty of National Culture at Comrat State University, participated in a meeting of the College’s Teachers’ Council as an invited member of the Attestation Commission.

The meeting considered the results of the professional activities of the teachers undergoing attestation in 2026. Some teachers were assessed for the awarding of the Second Teaching Degree, while others, based on the materials presented, were recommended for the awarding of the First Teaching Degree.

As part of the attestation procedure, the teachers presented their own didactic products reflecting their accumulated professional experience and modern approaches to the organisation of the educational process. The developed materials were distinguished by conceptual and methodological originality, practical relevance and the possibility of their direct application in teaching academic disciplines at the College.

Particular attention was paid to the relevance of the didactic materials, their alignment with educational objectives, their accessibility for teachers and students, and the possibilities for the further dissemination of successful pedagogical practices. The products presented demonstrated the teachers’ commitment to improving the content of instruction, applying modern methods and tools, and enhancing students’ cognitive engagement.

The members of the Attestation Commission noted the high level of professional mastery demonstrated by the College’s teachers, their methodological competence, creative approach and responsible attitude towards pedagogical activity. The attestation became an important stage in summarising the teachers’ individual professional experience and identifying prospects for their further professional development.

The participation of a representative of Comrat State University in the work of the Attestation Commission continued the cooperation between the two educational institutions in the areas of teacher training, the exchange of methodological experience and support for teachers’ professional development.
