Comrat State University has established an academic connection with Uzbekistan following the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding with Oxus University on October 6, 2026.

The agreement brings the two universities together around a number of shared interests, including academic exchange, the sharing of expertise, professional networking, and future educational initiatives.

Oxus University is a private higher education institution based in Tashkent. Founded in 2023, it offers programmes in economics and business, law, public administration, information technology, and the social sciences and humanities. The university is focused on providing practical education, preparing students for their future careers, and strengthening international ties.

The cooperation with Oxus University will further expand CSU’s international connections while creating new opportunities for students and academic staff.

The Memorandum serves as a starting point for closer partnership between the two universities and the development of joint educational and academic initiatives.
