On November 02, 2021 Rector of CSU, https://kdu.md/ Serghei Zaharia., Ph.D. associate professor , met with the Consul of the Republic of Turkey in Comrat, Hassan AKDOĞAN.
During the visit, they discussed the conditions for creating and enhancing the professional level of the academic staff, in order to upgrade the status of Comrat State University.
Among the areas of mutual cooperation, the special attention was paid to the following aspects:
- cooperation between CSU and Turkish Universities;
- exchange programs for academic staff and students;
- development and promotion in the areas of teaching and learning of the Gagauz and Turkish languages;
- invitation of specialists in the field of linguistics;
- applying and training in doctoral studies at Turkish Universities, with the aim of upgrading self-development, boosting professional qualifications in order to prepare them for the degree of Doctor of Science;
- conducting joint research, conferences, symposia;
- mutual participation and cooperative implementation of developed projects and international programs.
Mr. Hasan AKDOĞAN also met with the members of academic staff of CSU https://kdu.md/ of the Faculty of National Culture, the Department of Gagauz Philology and History, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences Galina Nikolaevna Mutaf, Doctor of Philology Gülü İvanovna Karanfil, and also with professors from the Turkish Universities Doç. Dr. Kürşat Şamil ŞAHİN, Doctor of Philology, Doç. Dr. Adem KOÇ https://www.ogu.edu.tr/ (https://www.facebook.com/EsoguWEB/), Türk Dili ve Edebiyatı (Faculty of Turkish Language and Literature) and Dr. Kudret Safa GÜMÜŞ https://www.aksaray.edu.tr/ (https://www.facebook.com/aksarayedutr/ ) Türk Dili ve Edebiyatı (Faculty of Turkish Language and Literature) who work in the Department of Turkology of Comrat State University.
During the meeting, they talked about the ongoing activities and the educational and pedagogical process of joint activities for the 2021-2022 academic year, talked about students who come to our University from Turkey to study and conduct research, which are being carried out to strengthen ties between CSU and Universities in Turkey.
Cooperation with foreign Universities makes it possible to develop on the basis of equality and interaction in various spheres of University life.
