On October 1, 2025, an introductory English language class was held at Comrat State University, conducted by the Fulbright Visiting Lecturer from the USA, Mrs. Maya Watson.
As part of the program aimed at attracting new English language trainees in Comrat Municipality, Mrs. Watson organized a special session for the staff of the Gagauzia Territorial Unit Prosecutor’s Office. The participants had the opportunity to get acquainted with modern English language teaching methods and discuss prospects for further cooperation.
The university administration emphasizes that such initiatives help strengthen the professional competencies of regional specialists, as well as promote international partnership and intercultural dialogue. In the near future, additional English language courses will be organized for representatives of various institutions and organizations of the Gagauzia Territorial Unit.
