On January 29, 2026, an orientation conference on the organization and implementation of introductory pedagogical practice was held. First-year part-time students of group ZNDP-25, enrolled in the educational program “Primary Education Pedagogy. Preschool Pedagogy,” in accordance with the curriculum, are assigned to pedagogical practice in primary classes of educational institutions in the region. The introductory practice is an essential component in the system of professional training of future teaching staff for the implementation of primary education for younger schoolchildren.
During the conference, students were introduced to the concept, main functions, distinctive features, and characteristics of this type of practice. The main goal of the practice is to form a holistic understanding of the educational process and the specifics of teaching-learning-assessment in primary school, as well as the organization of educational and extracurricular activities with younger schoolchildren. The methodologist and practice supervisor from the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology, Maria Ianioglo, PhD, Associate Professor, emphasized the importance of an individual approach to each child while encouraging students to apply a creative approach in teaching. Students received complete and up-to-date information about the content of the practice; the curriculum and methodological recommendations are available on the Moodle platform.
The orientation conference not only informed and prepared students for the upcoming introductory practice but also inspired them to actively implement innovative approaches in the primary school educational process. The practice supervisor wished the students successful and productive activity as assistants to primary school teachers.
