On 09 April 2024, within the framework of the project "Enhancement of professional skills of future lawyers of Comrat State University" and the signed Agreement between Comrat State University and the Law Clinic Comrat JSC, a practical seminar was organised in the KSU library for the students of the Law Faculty of Comrat State University, including those undergoing practical training at the Law Clinic Comrat.
The seminar was attended by the vice-rector for scientific activity and international relations, Svetlana GENOVA, Assoc. Prof., PhD, Vice-Rector for Research and International Relations, the dean of the Faculty of Law, Assoc. Prof., PhD Igor ARSENI  and students of the Faculty of Law.
The theme of the seminar was "Practice of lawyers work in court instances". The invited expert was lawyer Vladimir CIMPOESH, member of the Comrat Bar Bureau, member of the Disciplinary Commission of the Union of Advocates of RM.
The expert disclosed in detail several topics, one of them being the professional ethics of a lawyer, the second one being the lawyer's relationship with the client and the guarantees of the lawyer's independence, the lawyer's responsibility, as well as many other aspects of the lawyer's practical activity.
The students took an active part in the organised seminar, received important practical information in the field of advocacy and asked many questions.
