On 26.03.2024, in the Senate Hall of Comrat State University, our Rector, Assoc.prof. PhD Serghei Zaharia, held a meeting with students from Turkey to discuss the problems faced by Turkish students in the orientation process. The meeting was also attended by the Vice Rector of Comrat State University, Associate Professor Dr. Svetlana GENOVA, lecturer of the Chair of Turkish Language and Literature and International Relations and Turkey Coordinator Dr. Kudret Safa GUMYUSH, lecturer of the Chair of Turkish Language and Literature Dr. Seyfullah OZTURK.

During the meeting, information was exchanged on solving problems encountered in the education and training process. In May, under the coordination of Dr. Seyfullah OZTURK, lecturer of the Turkish Language and Literature Department, the program of an event to be organized by Turkish students to get to know Turkey was drawn up. The meeting ended with the Turkish students presenting a gift to the Rector, Assoc.prof. PhD Serghei Zaharia, for the problem solving and support he gave them.

There are 17 students from Turkey actively studying at Comrat State University.
