The industrial practice of students of the Faculty of Economics of Comrat State University, studying in specialty 0413.1 “Business and Management”, is an integral part of the main educational program of higher education. The purpose of the practice is to consolidate theoretical knowledge acquired while studying at a university, acquire practical skills and competencies, master best practices in managing individual business entities, as well as collect the necessary material for performing licensed work. The duration of the internship is 5 weeks.
During the period 03/18/24-04/21/24, full-time and part-time students of the specialty “Business and Management” underwent industrial practice at leading enterprises of the Republic of Moldova and ATU Gagauzia, including SRL "Fabrica Oloi Pak", SRL "Chiupon", SA "Vivuri de Comrat", IM "Vinia Traian" SRL, SA "Jugintertrans", SA "Tomai Vinex".
At the end of the practical training, the students generated a report that included all the accumulated information. Thus, in the reports, students reflected on the features of the activity of the object of practice, they studied and presented the statutory documents, features of the enterprise’s industry, organizational and legal form and form of ownership, an analysis of the financial and economic activities of the enterprise was given, and the features of management at the enterprise were studied. In the final part of the work, in addition to conclusions, students also presented recommendations for improving the activities of an applied practice object.
In general, it should be noted the high level of reporting and defense, where students demonstrated a high level of possession of all the requirements for the results of practice, showed independence, creativity, and a high level of training on professional issues.
