During the period from May 13, 2024, to May 19, 2024, students of speciality "Business and administration" underwent an introductory internship at the enterprises SA "IUGINTERTRANS" and SRL "CHIUPON", gaining practical experience and deepening their knowledge in the fields of production, trade, and management.
From May 13, 2024, to May 19, 2024, an introductory internship was held for students of speciality "Business and administration". The internship was supervised by Dr. Nadejda IANIOGLO and supervisor from the university Liudmila TOPAL.
The introductory internship was conducted in accordance with the curriculum of the specialty and the schedule of the educational process in the fourth semester for full-time students. This type of internship is the first experience for students, allowing them to apply their knowledge in an enterprise setting, familiarize themselves with the real working environment, and learn the basics of business and management.
During the week, students visited two enterprises - SA "IUGINTERTRANS" and "CHIUPON" SRL.
During the visit to SA "IUGINTERTRANS", students were provided with a unique opportunity to observe the entire bread production cycle. They witnessed all stages of bread production, starting from the arrival of flour at the plant, dough mixing, baking, and ending with slicing and packaging of the finished products. The enterprise manager, Semion CAMILCHIU, elaborated on quality control measures at each stage of production, demonstrated modern machines for packaging bakery products ensuring prolonged freshness, and discussed inventory management systems, logistics, and distribution of products to retail points.
This visit was not only educational but also inspiring for the students, allowing them to see how theoretical knowledge is applied in real production processes.
Students also had the opportunity to visit and learn about the operations of "CHIUPON" SRL, which includes a retail store and a wholesale base offering a variety of everyday consumer goods.
Director of "CHIUPON" SRL, Anna CIULAFLI acquainted students with the key aspects of the company's operations, explained how the procurement of goods from manufacturers is conducted, and how the assortment is formed. Students observed the functioning of the company's logistics system, ensuring timely delivery of goods "from 1 box" without compromising quality, and studied the interaction of trade agents and forwarders with regular customers in various regions of southern Moldova.

Thanks to their professionalism and responsiveness, students gained valuable experience and knowledge that will aid them in their future professional endeavors.
