The Academic Network on the European Social Charter and Social Rights (ANESC), supported by the Council of Europe, invites students and postgraduates of the Faculty of Law at Comrat State University to participate in the Fourth Moot Court Competition on the European Social Charter. The competition will be conducted in two languages: French and English. Participants will work on a fictitious case, which will be made available on January 20, 2025, and a draw will assign teams to groups of "plaintiffs" and "respondent governments." The competition includes a written stage (drafting complaints or memorandums) and an oral stage (simulating hearings before the European Committee of Social Rights). The oral stage will take place from April 3 to May 23, 2025, at the University of Rouen in Normandy, France. The best works will be published on ANESC's official website. Applications must be submitted by January 17, 2025 (11:59 PM CET) to: This email address is being protected from spambots.
