The Ministry of Education and Research of the Republic of Moldova announces a competition for doctoral students studying in doctoral schools of universities across the country (including doctoral students from Comrat State University) for the year 2025, for the awarding of the "State Scholarship for Outstanding Achievements and Scholarships in Scientific Fields for Doctoral Students", which are awarded annually to support doctoral students who have achieved high results in the field of research and innovation. Eligible candidates include doctoral students funded from the state budget or working on a contractual basis, starting from the second year of study, enrolled in full-time or part-time programs.

Candidate files must be submitted by February 3, 2025, and must include:

1. Candidate’s CV (Europass format);
2. Copy of the candidate's identity document;
3. Decision of the Doctoral School Council approving the application for the competition;
4. Certificate of completion of the advanced training program and individual scientific research or artistic creation program issued by the institution;
5. List of published/presented results in the field of scientific research and innovation (articles, conference presentations, patents, technologies, and other supporting documents);
6. Assessment sheet of the doctoral student’s scientific research and innovation results, completed according to Appendix No. 2 of Order No. 50 of the Minister of Education and Science dated 14.01.2025.
