ANNOUNCEMENT!

 

Students of the Agrarian-Technological Faculty of Comrat State University, the Schorlemer Foundation at the German Farmers' Association (Deutscher Bauernverband) is expanding its prestigious internship program for participants from the Western Balkans. The program offers paid professional internships at agricultural enterprises in Germany for a duration of 3 to 12 months in areas such as crop production, animal husbandry, horticulture, and viticulture. Participants receive financial support of up to €600 (upon meeting conditions), full assistance, including help with obtaining a visa, insurance, mentorship, and a special annual seminar for an in-depth introduction to German agriculture. Young professionals aged 20 to 30 with at least 4 semesters of agricultural studies and 6 months of practical experience or completed vocational training in agriculture comparable to German standards can participate. A basic level of German or a willingness to learn it is required, as well as a high level of motivation and interest in German agriculture. The program focuses on mandatory internships as part of the educational process, ensuring their compliance with academic requirements and providing all necessary documents. Individual consultations and assistance in selecting an internship, support with visa and insurance processing, access to a network of certified farms, full guidance throughout the internship, participation in an international agricultural seminar, and a one-time financial support of up to €600 (depending on the number of participants in 2025) are offered.
