Students of Comrat State University are invited to participate in Model European Union Moldova 2025! From March 28 to March 30, 2025, the Model European Union Moldova (MEU) will take place in the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova – an interactive simulation of the decision-making process within the institutions of the European Union. 100 young men and women from across the country will have a unique opportunity to step into the roles of MEPs, European Commissioners, political advisors, and journalists, engaging in debates and negotiations on European legislation. Participants will benefit from training workshops, practical sessions on negotiations, political positioning, and drafting amendments, as well as an intensive three-day experience that will help develop critical thinking, communication, and leadership skills. The Model EU Moldova event is organized with the financial support of the European Union and the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany as part of the project "EU4Youth: Youth Engagement and Empowerment", implemented by the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ Moldova) in collaboration with Young European Ambassadors, the National Youth Council of Moldova (NYCM), and Europe Café. Young people aged 16 to 25 can apply for participation until February 16, 2025, by filling out the application form.
