On September 18, 2025, Comrat State University welcomed Dr. Josef Zallanz, the representative of the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) in Moldova. During his visit, a presentation of current scholarship programs available to students, young researchers, and university lecturers was held. The programs include summer language courses in Germany, master’s scholarships for graduates, short-term and annual research grants, as well as opportunities for study and dissertation defense under the “Sandwich” program. In addition, DAAD offers research internships for lecturers and scholars. To participate in the program, a certificate confirming knowledge of German and/or English is required.
