On October 31, 2025, Comrat State University (CSU) will host the opening of the second stage of the INSPIRE Leadership Academy 2025, held under the theme “Technology and the World: Digital Tools for Social Cohesion.” The event is organized within the framework of the INSPIRE initiative (the Inter-University Network for Sustainable Peace, Innovation, Research, and Education), with the support of the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in the Republic of Moldova. Among the partners of the event are the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) Mission in Moldova, the National Erasmus+ Office, Tekwill Comrat, ULIM, the National Youth Council of Moldova, and many others. The INSPIRE Academy brings together students, young educators, and experts to exchange knowledge and practical experience in leadership, innovation, and digital technologies in the context of sustainable development and social cohesion. The two-day program in Comrat includes lectures, workshops, and interactive sessions. Participants will have the opportunity to develop leadership and communication skills, learn about the latest digital tools, and build professional connections in the fields of technology, education, and peacebuilding. The INSPIRE Network connects universities, researchers, and young leaders, providing an open and inclusive platform for knowledge exchange, academic collaboration, and the promotion of best practices in education and sustainable development. The initiative focuses on four strategic areas:

• Innovation – introducing modern technologies and creative approaches in education and social development;
• Research – supporting interdisciplinary projects in sustainability, human rights, and social innovation;
• Education – organizing schools, courses, and conferences to develop leadership and civic engagement;
• International Cooperation – strengthening partnerships between universities, NGOs, and international organizations

Through its activities, INSPIRE organizes leadership schools, youth grants, research initiatives, international conferences, and exchange programs, promoting hands-on learning through Model UN and EU simulations, digital leadership, and AI education. INSPIRE continues to build a vibrant community of young leaders and educators who combine knowledge, innovation, and collaboration to promote peace, progress, and sustainable development.
