
In accordance with the curriculum of the specialty 0113.1/0112.1 “Pedagogy of Primary Education. Preschool Pedagogy”, students of group NDP-25 completed their introductory pedagogical practice from February 2 to February 15, 2026, in educational institutions of the Autonomous Territorial Unit of Gagauzia.
The administrations of the educational institutions provided the necessary support in organizing and conducting the practice. The students were assigned to classes led by experienced teachers with extensive pedagogical experience.
During the orientation conference held on January 30, 2026, the students were familiarized with the practice order, the main goals and objectives of the introductory practice, the rights and responsibilities of student trainees, the list of tasks to be completed, as well as the requirements for the content and formatting of reporting documentation.
The main activities of the student trainees included: studying the system of educational work of the institution; becoming acquainted with the organization of the teaching and educational process in the classroom; studying the experience of the class teacher in working with parents; attending teachers’ lessons to become familiar with teaching methods followed by analysis; conducting and self-analyzing one extracurricular educational activity on intercultural topics with the class students; and preparing a psychological and pedagogical profile of one pupil.
At the final conference held on March 5, 2026, each student presented a report and portfolio reflecting all aspects of their activities during the practice period.
The practice supervisors noted the high level of responsibility and interest demonstrated by the students, as well as their commitment to developing professional competencies.
The practice became an important stage in the students’ professional development, allowing them to take their first steps in pedagogical activity and realize the importance of their chosen profession.
