Comrat State University announces that on April 21, 2026, at 13:00, at the address: Comrat municipality, 17 Galatsana Street, an open outcry auction will be held for leasing a cafeteria premises with a total area of 466.5 sq.m, including equipment, for a period of 5 years.
The starting price of the lot is 361,458.66 MDL.
The property can be inspected on working days from 09:00 to 16:00.
To participate in the auction, applicants must submit to the university secretariat by April 10, 2026:
• an application form of the установленного образца,
• for individuals – an identity document,
• for legal entities – a copy of the registration certificate, an extract from the register, and a power of attorney confirming the right to participate in the auction and conclude transactions.
Participants must also provide:
• proof of payment of a deposit equal to 10% of the starting price (36,145.86 MDL),
• proof of payment of the participation fee: 600 MDL for individuals and 1200 MDL for legal entities.
