Istanbul Rumeli University is organizing the 3rd International Rumeli Social Sciences Congress, which will take place from June 1–5, 2026, in Tirana, Albania.
The congress will be hosted by Tirana New York University with the participation of International Balkan University, International University of Sarajevo, State University of Comrat, and Baku Slavic University.
