Dear professors,

This year  CIEES congress will be organized in cooperation with Sinop University in Sinop on May 4-6. The theme of CIEES 2023 is: "City and Civilization in Eastern Europe".

Also, the congress has been enriched with various sub-topics. We invite and expect all our esteemed professors in our group to Sinop on May 4-6 within the scope of CIEES 2023.
