Grant: 800 euro for per month + travel cost according to distance band
Mobility dates: 26.02.2024 - 14.06.2024 (Spring term) (109 days in total)

Evaluation Criteria + Minimum conditions
- Undergraduate students who are considering to apply for Erasmus program should have at least 6 (Out Of 10) CGPA and graduate students should have at least 7 (Out Of 10) CGPA.
- English proficiency
For evaluation we will take %50 of CGPA and %50 English proficiency score.

*Students with disabilities shall be awarded +10 points in addition to their overall score (provided that their disability is documented).
*In case the students who are entitled to benefit from the program cause a disruption by not participating in the mobility without waiving within the given period, 15 points shall be deducted from their total score if they apply in the next application period.
*While calculating the overall score of students who have benefited from the student or internship mobility within the scope of the Erasmus+ Program, a reduction of 10 points shall be applied for each activity previously conducted (without any distinction as to education or internship). Also, a 10-point shall be deducted from the total score of those students who have applied for the exam before and did not waive on time.
Online system of ÇAKÜ will be used for the applications. The due date for applications is 30 November 2023.
