A ROUNDTABLE ON THE TOPIC: “PRACTICE AS AN ELEMENT OF QUALITY EDUCATION: SURVEY RESULTS AND STEPS TOWARDS IMPROVEMENT”,
which will take place on October 3, 2024, at 14:30 in room 106 of the Faculty of Economics at Comrat State University (CSU),
organized by the D.M. Parmakli Scientific Research Center at Comrat State University.

The purpose of the event is to discuss in detail the results of surveys conducted among students, master’s students, and representatives of organizations involved in the practice process, as well as to identify directions for improving the curricula. The main focus will be on the importance of practical training in the formation of competitive and in-demand specialists. Practice plays a key role in the educational process, as it allows students to apply theoretical knowledge in real-life situations, develop professional skills, and adapt to the actual labor market conditions. Considering the survey results, the roundtable will explore how the opinions of students and employers can serve as a basis for improving training programs and making them more aligned with the real needs of businesses.

The significance of this event stems from the need to integrate feedback from all participants in the educational process — from students to practice supervisors. This comprehensive analysis helps Comrat State University not only to respond to the challenges of the modern labor market but also to actively contribute to the preparation of specialists ready for successful careers in various fields. The outcomes of the discussions will assist in enhancing the quality of practical training and improving curricula, making them more flexible and relevant.

Students, master’s students, faculty, employers, and business representatives, as well as all interested parties, are invited to participate actively and contribute to the development of our students’ practical training system. We appreciate the involvement of all participants in the discussions, as it is through joint efforts that we can improve the practical training system for future specialists, ensuring they acquire the knowledge and skills necessary for successful professional activities.
