Professors, researchers, students, master's and doctoral candidates of Comrat State University are invited to participate in the Eighth International Symposium on Social Sciences "The World of Turks," which will take place from October 24 to 26, 2024, in person in the city of Atyrau on the Caspian Sea coast of Kazakhstan, as well as in an online format. The symposium is organized jointly with the Institute of Turkic World (Institut für Die Welt Der Türken) and H. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University. The symposium promotes original academic research from all fields of social sciences and adheres to international scientific standards recognized by the regulations of the Üniversiteler Arası Kurul (ÜAK) and the Yükseköğretim Kurulu (YÖK), making it an important event for scholars seeking academic incentives and professional development. The main goal of the symposium is to bring together scholars engaged in research on the Turkic world to exchange ideas and discuss current issues in this field. A solemn ceremony will also be held during the symposium to award the annual "Award for Merits to the Turkic World" for 2024.
