The Institute of Public Administration (IAP) of the Republic of Moldova, with support from the United States Embassy in the Republic of Moldova, is organizing a professional development course entitled "Communication in Public Administration" from November 18 to 21, 2024. This course is intended for faculty, doctoral students, and master’s students from Comrat State University and anyone interested in this topic, as well as employees of public institutions. The goal of the course is to develop effective institutional communication skills for faculty, doctoral students, master’s students, and public servants. The course is part of the "Capacity Development of Public Authorities and Civil Servants of the Republic of Moldova" project, implemented by the Institute of Public Administration of the Republic of Moldova with support from the United States Embassy in the Republic of Moldova from April 2024 to March 2026. Training will be held at the Institute of Public Administration of the Republic of Moldova (Chisinau, 100 Ialoveni St.) and will be conducted by a mixed team of trainers from the Republic of Moldova and trainer Mark Pfeifle, founder and president of the U.S.-based strategic planning and communications company Off the Record Strategies. Mr. Pfeifle served as a Deputy Assistant to the U.S. President and National Security Advisor for Strategic Communications and Global Outreach.
