The Ministry of Education and Research of the Republic of Moldova has announced the start of registration for the National Program for Learning the Romanian Language, designed for an adult audience who wish to improve their language skills or start learning Romanian from scratch. The courses are free, with expenses fully covered by the state budget. The courses will be organized both in-person and online from March to December 2025. At the end of the program, participants will receive a certificate attesting to their linguistic competence or knowledge of the Romanian language, in accordance with the provisions of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. The course duration will average 120 hours, depending on the participant's language proficiency level.
