On February 12, 2025, a significant event took place at Comrat State University – "One Day with Veaceslav Kunev in Gagauzia." Within the framework of this event, students and professors of CSU had a unique opportunity to meet a leading IT expert of the Republic of Moldova, Doctor of Computer Science, Professor at the Technical University of Moldova, entrepreneur, and founder of numerous technological projects – Veaceslav Kunev.
First, an Open Lecture was held for students. During the lecture, Veaceslav Kunev spoke about key technological trends of 2025, including:
• The development of artificial intelligence and its impact on the labor market;
• The prospects of blockchain and decentralized technologies;
• The future of cybersecurity and new challenges of the digital world;
• How to use your strengths to become a sought-after specialist.
The speaker emphasized that success in the IT field depends not only on technical knowledge but also on flexible thinking, the ability to solve unconventional problems, and continuous learning.
Next was a Seminar for CSU Professors. In the second part of the day, a seminar was held dedicated to new teaching methods in the era of artificial intelligence. The key topics discussed included:
• The integration of AI tools in the learning process and scientific research;
• The use of chatbots and machine learning algorithms in educational platforms;
• How to adapt curricula to the demands of the modern IT market.
Veaceslav Kunev noted that professors play a key role in preparing students for real-world challenges and proposed approaches to creating interactive and practice-oriented courses.
