With deep sorrow, we remember Victor Moraru – Doctor of Law, Professor at Comrat State University (CSU), who passed away on March 30, 2025. For many years, Victor Moraru carried out teaching and research activities at the Faculty of Law at CSU. He dedicated his life to science and education, making a significant contribution to the development of legal education and the training of young specialists and researchers in the field of law for the UTA Gagauzia region. Colleagues and students knew him as an attentive, kind, and principled person. The bright memory of Victor Moraru will forever remain in the hearts of all who had the honor of working and communicating with him
