Comrat State University (CSU) continues to actively develop its international partnerships. On April 9, 2025, a Protocol on Academic Cooperation was signed between Comrat State University, represented by Rector, PhD, Associate Professor Serghei Zaharia, and Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University (Muğla, Republic of Turkey), represented by Rector, PhD, Professor Turhan Kaçar.

This agreement opens new opportunities for the development of academic, scientific, and cultural ties between the two universities. The protocol provides for the following areas of cooperation:

• exchange of students and teaching staff for participation in educational programs and joint research;
• short-term visits by professors for lecturing and experience sharing;
• participation in conferences and symposia organized by both parties;
• exchange of academic materials and scientific publications in fields of mutual interest.

This agreement establishes a foundation for mutual understanding, academic dialogue, and future scientific collaborations. The signing of the protocol opens new horizons for CSU students and faculty, offering opportunities for international mobility, scientific research, and professional development.

We are confident that this cooperation will become an important step toward the internationalization of the university and the strengthening of academic and scientific ties with leading foreign universities.
