3. The application package includes:
- For self-nominated candidates – an application form in accordance with Appendix No. 2 of the Regulation.
- For candidates nominated by the Rector – a cover letter signed by the Rector and consent to participate in the election in accordance with Appendix No. 2.
- For candidates nominated by the Faculty Council, general assembly, or department – a cover letter signed by the secretary of the respective body (protocol excerpt) recommending the candidate.
- A certified copy of the identity document of the Republic of Moldova.
- Certified copies of diplomas of Doctor of Science / Doctor Habilitat.
- Certified copies of diplomas conferring the academic title of associate professor / professor.
- Certified copies of documents on professional retraining, qualification improvement.
- Strategic development program of the faculty/department.
- The Dean or Head of Department previously holding and reapplying for the position must submit a report on activities during the previous term or since assuming the duties.
- Certificate of teaching and scientific activity (Appendix No. 4 of the Regulation).
- Certificate of criminal record (Cazier judiciar).
4. Submission address and deadline: Applications are to be submitted and registered at the Human Resources Department of CSU, address: MD 2800, Comrat, Galatana St., 17, tel. 0(298) 2-29-76, mob. 060798698.
5. Submission period: from April 18, 2025, to May 19, 2025, inclusive.
6. Competition procedure: The competition will be conducted according to the Regulation on occupying the positions of faculty dean and head of department at CSU, approved by Senate Decision No. 02 dated 10.02.2025. The Regulation is available at www.kdu.md in the section "Internal Regulations and Normative Acts" – subsection "Governing Bodies and Structural Units" or at the HR Department.
