The Director of the «FinComBank» for students of the faculty of Economics held an open lecture

On November 15, the Director of the «FinComBank» (Comrat) for students of the faculty of Economics held an open lecture " Banks: types, functions, principles»

 

November 15, 2019 in  the Comrat State University held a meeting, in the form of an open lecture for students of Faculty of Economics with the Director of the Comrat branch of "FinComBank" by mr. VitaliyTsveatcov. This lecture was a continuation of the excursion "Road of money" of the students in the national Bank of Moldova . In addition to students, the lecture was attended by representatives of the Bank and lecturers of the Department of Economics. At the lesson the topic was discussed: "Banks: types, functions, principles".  Mr. VitaliyTsveatcov  spoke about the principles of functioning of FinComBank and commercial banks in our country, as well as the functions of the National Bank of the Republic of Moldova. Very fascinating were the presented facts about the peculiarities of banks in other developed countries and their interaction with banks.

Bank specialist Mrs. Elena Mitioglo told in detail about the basic elements of the banking system. Different types of credit and Deposit cards were presented, the differences between Visa and MasterCard cards were shown. No less interesting and useful was the information about Internet banking.    

        The lecture was held in the form of a discussion, students were asked questions, for answers they were encouraged by prizes from the Director of the Bank. The questions were of various kinds, and came from both students and representatives. Students were particularly interested to know why in November banks hold days of financial education, as well as very interesting information about how banks create money.    There was a positive atmosphere in the audience. Tsvyatkov VN very easily and quickly found a common language with those present. Students were involved in the dialogue, actively participated in the discussion, answered the questions with interest.

The faculty of Economics thanks "FinComBank" represented by V. N. Tsvyatkov for a very interesting and informative lecture for students.
