On May 15–16, 2025, the INSPIRE Leadership and Peacebuilding School took place in Chișinău, where students and professors from Comrat State University participated with great interest and enthusiasm.
The event was held within a partnership project funded by the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in the Republic of Moldova and brought together young leaders, experts, representatives of universities, international organizations, and NGOs from across the country.
The program included:
- Trainings on leadership, sustainable development, peacebuilding, and intercultural communication;
- Workshops on critical thinking, public speaking, and teamwork.
The sessions were conducted by professionals from international organizations, universities, and the private sector, including representatives of UNDP, UN Women, EUBAM, and other partner structures.
A memorable experience was the visit to the UN Office in Moldova, where participants discussed the role of youth in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals. There was also an informal discussion held at Orange Kitchen, focusing on opportunities for youth in social entrepreneurship and digital innovation.
The students of CSU eagerly engaged in the INSPIRE School, gaining valuable knowledge and motivation for future endeavors. They expressed a sincere desire to continue participating in such initiatives aimed at developing leadership skills and active involvement in society.
