The Administration of Comrat State University congratulates Svetlana GHEORGHIEVA, Assistant Lecturer at Comrat State University, on being awarded the scientific degree of Doctor of Law, in accordance with the decision of the Governing Board of the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Education and Research of the Republic of Moldova (No. 4 of July 4, 2025). The defense of the doctoral dissertation entitled “Legal Regulation of the Use of Information Technologies in the Education of Convicted Persons,” in the specialty 554.01 Criminal and Executional Criminal Law, took place successfully on December 27, 2024, and was evaluated at a good level with the qualification “Bine”.
