Academic and research staff of Comrat State University are invited to participate in the 9th International Symposium on Social Sciences “The World of the Turks”, organized in cooperation with the Institute for the World of Turks (Institut für Die Welt Der Türken) and the Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University. The event will take place on October 10–11, 2025, in Baku, Republic of Azerbaijan, in a hybrid format (on-site and online). The symposium is open to original academic works in all fields of social sciences and meets the criteria of an international scientific event as per the regulations of UAK and YÖK, and it is recognized for academic promotion and the conferment of the title of associate professor.
The main goal of the symposium is to create a platform for the exchange of ideas among researchers studying the Turkic world and to support discussions on current trends in this area. One of the key missions of the Institute is to honor and reward individuals who contribute to the unity and development of the Turkic world. In this regard, the winners of the 2025 "Service to the Turkic World" Award will be announced during the opening ceremony.
