The Association "FĂCLIA" invites students of Comrat State University (aged 18–29) to take part in the Mentorship Program "Youth Compass" – a national initiative that connects young people with professionals from the diaspora and helps them find their career path.
Period: September – November 2025
Format: online (with a schedule adapted to combine studies, work, and personal life).
What you will gain:
- A personal mentor from the diaspora or returnee specialists to guide you step by step in your career development;
- Interactive workshops on career planning, skills development, entrepreneurship, and artificial intelligence;
- Inspiring stories and direct contact with successful people from Moldova and abroad;
