On September 22, 2025, an introductory lecture for first-year students was held at Comrat State University. The lecture was delivered by Valentina Fileva, Deputy Head for Medical Affairs at the Comrat Health Center.
During the session, the doctor provided valuable advice on:
-maintaining health during the adaptation period to university life;
-the importance of proper nutrition, sleep routine, and regular physical activity;
-preventing fatigue and stress.
Special attention was given to the process of changing a family doctor for non-resident students. Dr. Fileva explained how to properly fill out the application form and emphasized how important and convenient this procedure is for ensuring timely and quality medical care. The students actively engaged with the lecture, noting its practical relevance and usefulness. Such meetings promote a healthy lifestyle and help students successfully adapt to their new academic environment.
