The Konrad Adenauer Foundation in the Republic of Moldova (Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung, KAS) announces the opening of applications for the KAS Sur-Place Scholarship Program 2026.

This program aims to support the academic and civic development of young people who are interested in public life and strive for professional growth.

Eligible participants:
Students with high academic performance and an active civic attitude.

• The program:
  Encourages active student participation in the social, cultural, and political life of the country;
• Supports talented and motivated students who demonstrate excellent academic results and leadership qualities;
• Promotes the formation of a responsible and democratically minded generation ready to contribute to the development of society;
• Builds a community of young leaders who share the values of democracy and the rule of law;
• Provides financial and mentoring support during studies, as well as opportunities to take part in training sessions, seminars, and educational events organized by the Konrad Adenauer Foundation.
