
Assoc., Prof. PhD Tatiana Racovcena, at Comrat State University, participated as a guest of honour and presented doctoral diplomas to scholars from Israel who successfully defended their PhD dissertations at the South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K. D. Ushynsky.
The award ceremony was held at the Ion Creangă State Pedagogical University of Chișinău (UPSC).
This event was made possible through international cooperation between the Ion Creangă State Pedagogical University of Chișinău (UPSC, Republic of Moldova), the South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K. D. Ushynsky, and the Israeli Cultural Centre in Sofia (Republic of Bulgaria), as well as through ongoing academic exchange among universities and research institutions.
The ceremony was also attended by:
- Prof. Dr. Toshko Krastev, President of the Institute of European Education (Republic of Bulgaria);
- David Levi, Director of the Israeli Cultural Centre in Sofia (Republic of Bulgaria).
Within the framework of the ceremony, Assoc., Prof. PhD Tatiana Racovcena also discussed with Prof. Dr. Toshko Krastev opportunities for cooperation in the field of international academic and student mobility, as well as prospects for joint research initiatives aimed at preserving the Bulgarian language and culture in the south of the Republic of Moldova.
