
A ceremonial awarding of Honorary Diplomas, granted in accordance with the decision of the Government of the Republic of Moldova, took place at Comrat State University. The high state distinction was awarded to Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, Associate Professor Ludmila Fedotova, and Head of the Department of International Relations and Project Activities, Doctor of Philology, Associate Professor Kudret Safa Gümüş.
The diplomas were awarded for significant contributions to the development of science and education, the training of highly qualified specialists, long-term research activities, the implementation of innovative approaches in the educational process, as well as active participation in the formation of professional personnel.
The diplomas were presented by the Rector of the University, Doctor, Associate Professor Serghei Zaharia. In his speech, he emphasized that such awards are not only recognition of the personal achievements of scholars, but also evidence of the high level of the university’s scientific school. The Rector noted that the achievements of CSU teachers strengthen the university’s authority at both national and international levels and make a significant contribution to the sustainable development of the country.
The awarding of diplomas by the university leadership symbolizes the continuity of scientific traditions, respect for the work of teachers and researchers, and the strategic role of the university as a center of science, education, and innovation in the region.
This event became an important recognition of the scholars’ achievements and once again emphasized the significance of science and education as key factors in the development of society and the future of the country.
